Regulations
The following regulations specify rules for using julie.pl service (Hereafter referred to as "Office"). The owner of the julie.pl service is GRM Media company with its headquarters in Olsztyn.
- An unmarried person of legal age may be a user of the julie.pl service.
- The user voluntarily uses the julie.pl services.
- Using myjulie.co.uk services is chargeable - PRICE LIST
- User consent to collecting, processing and using his personal data by GRM Media in accordance with the Act of Personal Data Protection of 28 September 1997 (O.J. No. 133, item 883), art. 23-31a of the said Act, in particular
- The user takes full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided.
- The Office does not assume responsibility for the authenticity (or lack of it) of information or pictures that user made publish.
- The Office guarantees absolute discretion to all service users and it commits itself to providing matrimonial services reliably.
- Due to the individual character of every offer, The Office does not guarantee any contact will be made by another service user.
- In case of resignation from services or a blocked account due to the user's fault, any payments made to the service's account are not returnable.
- Data of the user who resigns from the Office.s services will be destroyed by the Office.
- The Office bears no responsibility for the content of correspondence and does not interfere in any further correspondence or contacts made with others Users.
- The Office bears no responsibility for the consequences of the services used, in particular, for any material or non-material losses caused directly or indirectly by using the service.
- Materials sending or transfer is forbidden, as well as is using a language violating moral norms, offending dignity, or sending or transmitting materials of a sexual character, including pornographic photographs.
- It is forbidden to spread the content, data or photographs published in the service. In case of violations of this rule, The Office reserves the right to impose a ban on violators.
- The Office reserves the right to block an account of a user who breaks regulations or whose actions are detrimental to third parties and other users.
- The Office reserves the right to make changes to regulations and it commits itself to inform service Users of this fact.
